Once, there was a poor miller who went to a king and told him that his daughter could spin straw into gold. So, the king took the girl and gave her straw to turn into gold. A little magician called Rumpelstilskin appeared and promised to help her make gold. So, when the king saw gold he wanted to marry her. So, will the king marry the princess and live happily ever after?The book is full of entertaining moments as the author creates comedy with unexpected twists and vivid descriptions. My favorite part, was when they made gold.
What made an impression on me was that the king married the poor girl because she could make gold and not because he really loved her.
I thoroughly recommend " Rumpelstilskin " . Readers will have a difficult time putting this classic fairytale down.
